Boxfit
A fitness boxing based class that explores the technical boxing skills as well as cardiovascular endurance. Including elements of partner work, pad work and skill-based drills true to that of boxing. Back to Netball is welcoming, fun and understanding. It is a series of sessions that introduces people back to the sport of netball. It’s primarily for women who haven’t played for a long time or have never played at all and are complete beginners!
